Fat

I have gotten so fat. I bought a pair of jeans a few weeks ago that always used to fit me so well. I didn't even try them on. Bad idea. I got home and I cannot even get them on. About 5 months ago they fit me perfectly. I really need to do something. I cannot stand the way I look anymore. Yesterday I went for a walk, and I am hoping to do that every other day if not more. If I don't do something I will be 200lbs in the next few months!
